Peter Killcommons is the CEO and founder of Medweb, Medical Imaging, Teleradiology, and Telemedicine located in San Francisco. As a doctor and expert in telemedicine, Pete Killcommons has traveled globally to share expertise in the field of telemedicine and to ensure consumer needs were being met. He has visited countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. Outside of his professional work, Dr. Killcommons is also a volunteer pilot for disaster response and a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).

The AOPA is the largest pilot association in the United States and has hundreds of thousands of members. The organization works to support pilots through leadership, advocacy, safety education, training, and technical competence. Additionally, the AOPA maintains a charitable foundation.

The AOPA Foundation strives to support aviation education and maintain safety through several mechanisms. The organization provides pilot training scholarships and public benefit aviation.
